1. 添加预览图

效果图可以在首页看到，具体代码在 themes/你的主题包/layout/_partial/index-item.js 中修改，index-item.js 视你们具体使用的主题中具体的位置。

增加 如下代码

2. 添加描述

还是在上面的 index-item.js 中修改。如果发表的时候 设置了 desc 则使用 desc ，如果没有则使用默认抓取的文章的前一段文字。
